What buyers and sellers should know
Promontory is a private club north of Park City, in the Snyderville Basin. A buyer should separate a homesite from a finished house. A seller should look at the active list in the same neighborhood, not a label for the whole valley.
The latest published inventory is the October 7 neighborhood report from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties. It lists available single-family homes and available land as two rows. This page does not add those rows together, and it does not list a sold price.
A median list price, a count of new listings, and average days on market are not in that report. The Board’s second-quarter release does not publish them for the whole club either.
