Deer Valley condos for sale

Deer Valley condos for sale are lodge and village condominiums, not the whole resort. Deer Valley on this site is three areas. Upper Deer Valley is Silver Lake and Empire Pass. Lower Deer Valley is Snow Park, closest to Main Street. Deer Valley East is East Village at Mayflower and Deer Crest, the gated community beside the east side of the mountain. A condominium in one of those areas does not follow the rules of the other two. The Deer Valley real estate hub is the map. This page is the condominium search across it.

Lower Deer Valley condos at Snow Park

At Snow Park, the condominium names on the lower map are Black Diamond Lodge, Trail’s End Lodge, Pine Inn, the Lodges at Deer Valley, Silver Baron Lodge, and Powder Run. The site treats Black Diamond Lodge, Trail’s End Lodge, and Pine Inn as the buildings where a true ski-to-door claim has to be checked at the unit. A lodge name is not that claim. Some doors are described as opening toward snow. Some are a path, a stair, or a short walk. Read the remarks for the unit, then walk it. That building list is Lower Deer Valley condos.

Upper Deer Valley condos at Silver Lake

At Silver Lake, the condominium records includes Stein Eriksen Lodge, Goldener Hirsch, the Chateaux at Silver Lake, Stag Lodge, Sterling Lodge, and the Inn at Silver Lake. Stein Eriksen Lodge is lodge condominiums on Last Chance, with hotel services in the usual description. It is not Stein Eriksen Estates, which are gated houses. Stag Lodge is often described as a pool and spa building where some residences are direct to the run and some are a shuttle. The Inn at Silver Lake is often described as near the lifts. Confirm the door. Empire Pass adds Ironwood, Nakoma, Paintbrush, and the Belles at Empire Pass, which are condominium parcels plus two house parcels on a later section. Those are Upper Deer Valley condos. They are not Snow Park.

Deer Valley East condos

Deer Valley East condos are a Wasatch County and Mayflower question, not a Silver Lake question. Mayflower Lakeside Village, Pioche Village, and Alpine Condominiums of Jordanelle are named on the east map. Deer Crest adds condominium parcels at Queen Esther, Roosevelt Gap, and Deer Pointe, on the Deer Crest side of the east page. The east neighborhoods are not where this site assigns the phrase ski-in ski-out. A marketing line on an East Village listing still has to survive a walk to the door. The narrower door-versus-walk search is Park City ski-in ski-out homes. Canyons Village condos for sale are the other resort, Park City Mountain, and that search is not this page.

The purchase stack is the unit, then the association. A condominium resale comes with a resale certificate: assessments, insurance, rental rules, and what the association maintains. A rental program, when one is attached, is a separate document, including how much of the season the owner may use. There is no private-club membership to transfer with a Deer Valley condominium deed. Deer Crest is a gated community, not a club you join in place of reading the association. We do not estimate dues, and we do not copy the rules from the building next door. The Park City condo HOA guide is the longer read on dues, reserves, and rental rules. Buying a Deer Valley condo is the note on the base, the building, and the unit.

Price tiers, in the only sense this site will put on a page, are products. A Snow Park lodge condominium, a Silver Lake lodge condominium, an Empire Pass condominium, and an East Village condominium are four comparisons. A single-family house in Bald Eagle or Red Cloud is a fifth, and it belongs on Deer Valley homes for sale. Park City condos for sale is the wider condominium search. We do not publish a Deer Valley condo price index. Active cards are list price. The Deer Valley market report keeps the pockets separate and does not publish a sold price. The market snapshot on the Deer Valley hub is the active list-price range for the matched subdivisions, not a sold figure. Selling a home in Deer Valley starts from the pocket you own.

Melilli Davis Group also knows which addresses are not in a club. Nick Melilli has lived at Promontory for about 20 years and works greater Park City. Questions, answered

How do Upper, Lower, and East Deer Valley condos differ?

Lower Deer Valley condos are at Snow Park, the base closest to Main Street. Upper Deer Valley condos are at Silver Lake and Empire Pass, mid-mountain. Deer Valley East condos are at East Village and Deer Crest, on the east side of the mountain, in Wasatch County. A condominium on one map is not documented against a condominium on another. Canyons Village is a different resort.

Are Deer Valley condos ski-in ski-out?

Some units are described that way. Many are a walk, a stair, or a shuttle. At Snow Park, Black Diamond Lodge, Trail’s End Lodge, and Pine Inn are the buildings where a ski-to-door claim has to be checked at the unit. At Silver Lake, the remarks for a residence may say direct to the run, a shuttle, or a walk. A lodge name does not settle it. Deer Valley East listings do not inherit the phrase from Silver Lake.

What do Deer Valley condo HOA dues usually cover?

The association sets the assessment. This page does not estimate it and does not quote a figure. In general, dues pay that association’s common expenses: administration and the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the common areas the declaration assigns to the association. The current budget for that building is the list. Insurance and reserves are in the same packet. The building next door is not that budget.

Can you rent a Deer Valley condo nightly?

Nightly rental rules vary by building and by the HOA, and the city or county that has the parcel can set a different rule. A permission in the association documents does not erase a city or county limit, and a city or county license does not rewrite a recorded prohibition. Confirm both for the unit before you rely on a rental. This page does not state a rule for a building.

How do I search live Deer Valley condo listings on this site?

The cards on this page ask the public feed for the Deer Valley condominium subdivisions this site already maps, property type condominium, Active status. The price on a card is list price. The feed is limited and comes back highest list price first, so the row is not every condominium. Upper Deer Valley condos, Lower Deer Valley condos, and Deer Valley East condos narrow the same record to one map. The listings page is the wider public search. An empty row is not a statement that nothing is for sale.

Do you publish sold prices for Deer Valley condos?

No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. Cards on this page are active listings at list price. The Deer Valley hub snapshot, when it shows a range, is list price from the public feed. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.

Active Deer Valley condo listings

List price only. Utah is a non-disclosure state, so this row does not show a sold price. A card appears only when the MLS subdivision matches a community named here. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
