The week the house is for decides the records: a private club, a ski village, or an estate lot with land and a design review between you and a neighbor. A club week points north or to the reservoir before it points at a lift. Promontory and Glenwild sit north of Park City. Tuhaye, above the Jordanelle, is Talisker Club golf. Red Ledges is in Heber. Victory Ranch is in Kamas, along the Upper Provo River. Each has a gate or a club question that is not the deed. Membership, when one is offered, is the club’s document. Jeremy Ranch is north of Interstate 80 on public streets, with an association, and golf there is a separate question. It is in the golf roundup, not in this house feed, because it is a different kind of purchase from a private-club lot.

A ski week points at Deer Valley, and Deer Valley is three areas. Upper is Silver Lake and Empire Pass, including Red Cloud. Lower is Snow Park. East is East Village and Deer Crest. Houses in those areas are on this feed when the subdivision matches. Condominiums are not. Deer Valley condos for sale is that records: a unit and a resale certificate, not a lot. Canyons Village is the base village on the other mountain, Park City Mountain, and it is not a private club. Park City ski-in ski-out homes is the access question, which is narrower than “ski village.”

An estate lot is the third week. Some club maps are mostly homesites: acres, a pad, and design review, not a finished plan. Promontory Ranches are the large parcels in that club’s records. The Preserve at Glenwild is the larger-lot ground there, with a middle of about 11 acres in the drawn set. A lot still has access in winter and whatever the association or the club already requires.
