Glenwild homes for sale are houses in the private gated club north of Park City, in Summit County. Two neighborhoods carry the search. Glenwild phases 1, 2, and 3, including the lot amendments, are the club core. The Preserve, phases 1, 2, 2A, and 3, is the larger-lot ground beside them. A buyer who says Glenwild and means a Preserve parcel on Red Fox Road is in a different records from a phase lot inside Glenwild. The Glenwild real estate map draws both from the Summit County parcel records. This page is the house search.
County records, not a brochure, are the lot story. Glenwild in those records is one hundred thirty-eight homes and fifty-two homesites. Lots in the drawn set run from about half an acre to about 7.8, and the middle of the set is about 1.3 acres. The Preserve is thirty-seven homes and forty-eight homesites, with lots from about 4 acres to about 31, and the middle of that set is about 11 acres. Unbuilt remnants over about eight acres are left off the Glenwild neighborhoods. The Preserve keeps its larger lots and leaves off remnants over about forty acres. A homesite is a residential parcel with no built year. It is not a house this page should pretend is finished.
The club publishes a setting of about 950 acres, fewer than 200 homes, one Tom Fazio course, and a clubhouse with dining, fitness, a spa, and a year-round pool. Those figures are the club’s, not a measurement we recalculated from the parcel records. They describe the setting. They do not describe the deed in front of you, and they are not a price. Membership, when one is offered, is the club’s document: it may travel, it may require an application, or it may be unavailable. Melilli Davis Group is not the Glenwild sales office. This page does not publish dues, initiation, or transfer rules.
Summit County records do not label a Glenwild or Preserve neighborhood as a townhome or a condo. If a listing is pitched as a Glenwild condo, ask which document you would sign. The drawn parcels are homes and homesites. That is a useful boundary. Promontory, the other private club north of town, is also houses and homesites, on different neighborhoods and a different membership. Tuhaye, above the Jordanelle, adds a few townhomes and a Wasatch County drive. Park City golf course homes is the page that lines those golf communities up before a Saturday is wasted on the wrong gate. The Park City real estate hub is the index if you are still choosing a valley.
A Glenwild showing should answer four things before a second visit. which neighborhood, Glenwild or The Preserve. Whether the parcel is a house or a homesite. What design review has already accepted, especially on a pad. And what the club will say in writing about membership for that property. Photos of the course do not answer the fourth. The association, if one applies to the address, is a separate packet from the club.
Marcie Davis has belonged to Glenwild over the years. That is why this page treats the club and the house as two readings instead of one amenity list. Nick Melilli has lived at Promontory for about 20 years. Darrick Olsen has belonged to Tuhaye and Talisker, and most of his business is there. Derek Fossey is at Jeremy Ranch. One of them stays with you through closing. Write hello@melillidavis.com. Nick is at (954) 383-1478. Marcie is at (435) 602-9577. Darrick is at (435) 640-1029. There is no group telephone.

Questions, answered
What is the difference between Glenwild and The Preserve?
Both are on the Glenwild map. Glenwild phases are the smaller lots, with a middle of about 1.3 acres in the drawn set. The Preserve lots run much larger, with a middle of about 11 acres. Ask which neighborhood the address is actually on before you compare houses.
Are there Glenwild condos or townhomes?
Summit County records do not label a Glenwild or Preserve neighborhood as a townhome or a condo. The drawn parcels are homes and homesites. A listing that uses another product word needs a document that matches it.
Does Glenwild membership transfer with the house?
Only the club can say, for that property. The deed is the real estate. Membership, when one is offered, is a separate relationship. We do not quote dues, initiation, or a waitlist.
Do you publish sold prices for Glenwild?
No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. Active cards are list price. A closed Preserve record may be discussed as representation without a sale price. Confirm any live listing with the listing brokerage.
Active Glenwild listings
List price only. Utah is a non-disclosure state, so this row does not show a sold price. A card appears only when the MLS subdivision matches a community named here. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
