Tuhaye homes for sale

Tuhaye homes for sale are houses in the golf community above the Jordanelle, in Wasatch County. Tuhaye is the golf side of Talisker Club. It is not Red Cloud, the Talisker ski neighborhood at Empire Pass, and it is not a Deer Valley address with a club name added. The Talisker real estate map draws the Tuhaye neighborhoods. The neighborhoods are the sort. Tuhaye Phase 1 is thirty-five homes and twenty homesites, lots about 0.72 to 2.81 acres. The north phases — Phase 3 North, 13 North, and Phase 7 North — are twenty-four homes and twenty-five homesites, about 0.4 to 5.8 acres. Dancing Sun, phases 1 through 7, is twenty-one homes and one hundred seven homesites. Cougar Moon, phases 1 and 2, is homesites throughout in county records: one hundred eighteen residential parcels and none with a built year. Painted Bluff is homesites as well. A homesite is not a finished house. Moon Dance is the townhome neighborhood and is drawn as townhomes, so it is not the house row on this page.

The club describes Tuhaye as the golf community above the Jordanelle, with a Mark O’Meara course and a village of club life. Membership also reaches other Talisker venues. What a given home’s membership includes is a club question, not a sentence we will finish from the neighborhood name. Confirm it with the club. The house is the deed. The Wasatch County parcel is the map. The drive back to Park City in winter is part of the purchase, in a way a Silver Lake condominium does not ask you to accept.

Price, in general terms and without a figure this site will invent, follows the product. A Phase 1 house, a north-phase house, a Dancing Sun homesite, and a Moon Dance townhome are four neighborhoods. Comparing a Tuhaye homesite to a Promontory ridge house or a Glenwild Preserve parcel will not tell you which week the house is for. Promontory and Glenwild are north of Park City, in Summit County. Tuhaye is the reservoir side. Park City golf course homes lines the courses up. Park City luxury homes for sale is the wider split: a club, a ski village, or an estate lot.

An empty row means the feed had no active house under these names. It does not mean the club is sold out. Inventory changes, and a building is sometimes filed under another name.
