Three Deer Valley maps
Lower Deer Valley is the Snow Park base, closest to Main Street. Most of it is condos and townhomes. A few buildings are discussed as true ski-in/ski-out. The hillside houses are a drive.
Upper Deer Valley is Silver Lake, mid-mountain, and Empire Pass on the same map. The village holds the lodge condominiums. Homes and homesites sit on the runs around it: Bald Eagle, American Flag, Alta Vista, Evergreen. Empire Pass, including Red Cloud, is the gate south of the village.
Deer Valley East is the east side of the mountain. East Village is the Mayflower ground above the Jordanelle. Marcella is the ski community at Ski Beach, on the Galena parcels. Deer Crest is the gated community beside the resort. Both maps are on that page.
Utah is a non-disclosure state. These pages do not publish a sold price, a closed price, or a neighborhood price index. An active card, when one matches, shows list price only.

Questions, answered
What is the difference between Upper and Lower Deer Valley?
Upper Deer Valley is Silver Lake Village, mid-mountain. The village holds the lodge condominiums. Homes and homesites sit on the runs around it: Bald Eagle, American Flag, Alta Vista, and Evergreen. Lower Deer Valley is the Snow Park base, closest to Main Street. Most of it is condos and townhomes. The hillside houses are a drive.
Is Empire Pass the same as Upper Deer Valley?
Empire Pass is part of Upper Deer Valley. The Upper map draws Silver Lake and the Empire Pass neighborhoods together, including Red Cloud. It is not Snow Park, and it is not Deer Valley East.
Is East Village part of this Deer Valley page?
Deer Valley East is the east side of the mountain: East Village on the Mayflower ground, and Deer Crest beside the resort. It is not Snow Park and not Silver Lake.
Which Deer Valley buildings are true ski-in/ski-out?
Only a small set of Snow Park buildings are discussed as true ski-in/ski-out: Black Diamond Lodge, Trail’s End Lodge, and Pine Inn. Confirm the unit. Most Lower Deer Valley inventory is a walk, a shuttle, or the bus. The hillside houses are a drive.
Do you publish a sold price for Deer Valley real estate?
