Marcie Davis

The practice

Marcie Davis works upper-end residential in Park City at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties. She has belonged to Glenwild over the years.

New York to Park City

She is from the north shore of Long Island. She attended New York University and lived in Greenwich Village for more than 20 years, then on Long Island, and then in Park City. The family came on vacation in 2000 and stayed.

Before residential

She was executive vice president of a public retail company, about $400 million in sales, and chief negotiator on multi-million-dollar bank lending. She has about 50 commercial purchases and sales, and she has negotiated leases. That retail figure is not residential production.

Brokerage

She was a branch broker in Historic Old Town and on Main Street for three years. She is an associate broker at the Park Avenue branch of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties.

Boards

She has been a director of the Park City Board of Realtors since 2011: treasurer in 2012, president-elect in 2013, president in 2014, and past president in 2015. She has served on the MLS, Forms, and Statistics committees. She was a director of the Utah Association of Realtors in 2013 and 2014 and has served on its grievance committee. She is on the Park City Museum Board of Trustees.

Life

The family lives at Northshore, on the lake at Silver Springs. She skis, golfs, rides horseback, and cooks. She owns Java Cow Cafe & Bakery on Main Street and I LOVE MOO in Kimball Junction.
