Park City homes for sale, on this page, are single-family houses in the city of Park City. A condominium is a different purchase, and that search is Park City condos for sale. A homesite with no built year is land. The cards below ask the public feed for Active single-family listings in Park City. The price on a card is list price. The feed is limited and comes back highest list price first, so the row is not every house. An empty row is not a statement that nothing is for sale. The wider search, including other property types, is the listings page. A private note on one address starts on the home value page. Selling a home in Park City starts from the neighborhood the owner actually has.
Old Town is the historic core on Main Street. The city's 2025 General Plan gives it 532 acres and four sub-neighborhoods: Deer Valley Drive, Lower Old Town, Upper Old Town, and Rossi Hill. The plan counts more than 400 Landmark and Significant sites on the Historic Sites Inventory. Park City Mountain's town base sits against this neighborhood. The resort describes Town Lift Plaza as ski-in, ride-out access to Main Street. That sentence is the lift and the plaza, not every lot in those 532 acres. The plan says nightly rentals are allowed in Old Town residential areas except Lower Rossi Hill, which requires a conditional use permit, and except the Western Historic Residential Low-Density and McHenry sub-neighborhoods, where they are prohibited. Confirm the address.
Park Meadows is the in-town neighborhood south of the Thaynes corridor. The same General Plan gives it 1,555 acres. The school campus and Park Meadows Country Club sit in that plan. The club at 2000 Meadows Drive describes a Jack Nicklaus signature course that opened in 1983. A house in the neighborhood is not a membership. The municipal Park City Golf Club is a different course. The plan places it north of Thaynes Canyon Drive, in the Thaynes neighborhood, beside Park Meadows rather than inside it. The city's resident guide puts the municipal pro shop at 1541 Thaynes Canyon Drive. The city contracts winter Nordic skiing on that city-owned course to White Pine Touring. That use belongs to the municipal course. It does not travel with a Park Meadows deed. Nightly rentals are prohibited where the Park Meadows zone is single family. Read the zone for the address.
Prospector is east of Old Town. The plan gives it 255 acres. The icons are the Rail Trail and Silver Creek. The sub-neighborhoods named there are Canyon Crossing, Chatham Crossing, Fenchurch Condos, Prospector Park, Prospector Square, Prospector Village, and Silver Meadows Estates. The Prospector Square association dates the place to 1974. It is not a private club and not a resort gate. Nightly rentals are prohibited in the Prospector Park and Chatham Crossing subdivisions, according to the plan. A condominium on that list is not this house feed. Houses and condominiums can share the neighborhood and still not share one association.
Deer Valley is a different resort from Park City Mountain, and on this site it is three areas. Upper Deer Valley is Silver Lake and Empire Pass. Lower Deer Valley is Snow Park, closest to Main Street. Deer Valley East is East Village at Mayflower and Deer Crest. Houses there are Deer Valley homes for sale. Condominiums stay off this row. Canyons Village is the base village on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain, toward Kimball Junction from Old Town. That map is four products: condominiums, townhomes, houses, and homesites. There is no private club to transfer with that deed. A house in the village is not a house in Old Town, and a trail map does not move one set of documents onto the other.
The clubs are a different week from an in-town street. Promontory and Glenwild are private clubs north of Park City, in Summit County. Jeremy Ranch is north of Interstate 80: public streets and an association, not a private club like Glenwild. Pinebrook is south of that freeway, west of Kimball Junction: houses and a master association, not a golf club. Tuhaye is Talisker Club golf above the Jordanelle, in Wasatch County, so a Tuhaye address is not a Park City city listing on this row. Membership, when a club offers it, is the club's document. It is not the deed. This page does not quote dues or initiation. Park City real estate is the index when the week is still more than one of these places.
Nick Melilli has lived at Promontory for about 20 years and works greater Park City. Marcie Davis has belonged to Glenwild over the years. Darrick Olsen has belonged to Tuhaye and Talisker. Questions, answered
What does Park City homes for sale include here?
Single-family houses in the city of Park City. The cards are Active listings at list price. Condominiums are a different page. Homesites are land. The feed is limited and comes back highest list price first, so this is not every house. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
How do Old Town, Park Meadows, Prospector, and Thaynes differ?
Old Town is the historic core. The 2025 General Plan gives it 532 acres and four sub-neighborhoods: Deer Valley Drive, Lower Old Town, Upper Old Town, and Rossi Hill. Park Meadows is south of the Thaynes corridor, 1,555 acres in that plan, with the school campus and Park Meadows Country Club. Membership is not the deed. Thaynes holds the municipal Park City Golf Club, north of Thaynes Canyon Drive, with the pro shop at 1541 Thaynes Canyon Drive. Prospector is east of Old Town, 255 acres, along the Rail Trail and Prospector Square. None of the four is a private club gate.
Are Deer Valley houses and the clubs on this page?
Deer Valley houses are Deer Valley homes for sale: Upper is Silver Lake and Empire Pass, Lower is Snow Park, and East is East Village and Deer Crest. Canyons Village is the other mountain, and it has no club to transfer with the deed. Promontory and Glenwild are private clubs north of town. Jeremy Ranch is public streets and an association. A membership, when a club offers one, is the club's document, not the deed. This row asks for Park City single-family listings. A Wasatch County address such as Tuhaye is not that city filter.
Do you publish a sold price for a Park City house?
No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. This page does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. Active cards are list price. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
Active Park City home listings
List price only. Utah is a non-disclosure state, so this row does not show a sold price. Cards are active listings in the cities for this page. The feed is limited and comes back highest list price first, so this is not every home for sale. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
