Deer Valley homes for sale are houses, and Deer Valley on this site is three areas. Upper Deer Valley is Silver Lake and Empire Pass. Lower Deer Valley is Snow Park, closest to Main Street. Deer Valley East is East Village at Mayflower, Marcella at Ski Beach, and Deer Crest. A house in one area does not follow the rules of the other two. The Deer Valley real estate hub is the map. Deer Valley condos for sale is the condominium records, kept off this feed on purpose.
Upper Deer Valley houses start with the gated and the run-side neighborhoods. Bald Eagle Club is gated houses on the Silver Lake side. Roamer, Rising Star, and Big Stick are the runs people name. Stein Eriksen Estates is gated houses with lodge services in the story, and it is not the Stein Eriksen Lodge condominium. Belleterre is described with Silver Dollar frontage. American Flag, along Success, is houses and homesites. Evergreen, on Dew Drop and Last Chance, is the same split. Alta Vista is homesites, so it is not this house row. At Empire Pass, Red Cloud is the Talisker ski neighborhood, and Banner Wood, Northside Village, the Village at Empire Pass, and Empire Club Drive are house neighborhoods on the upper map.
Lower Deer Valley houses are a drive, not a door onto a run. Solamere is hillside houses at the north edge, a short drive to Snow Park and to Main Street. Hidden Oaks, Royal Oaks, and Hidden Meadows are the other hillside names. Royal Oaks is sometimes called The Oaks at Deer Valley. Confirm the neighborhood before two listings become one neighborhood. Lower Deer Valley does not have a homesite pocket drawn on this site. The lodges at Snow Park, including Black Diamond, Trail's End, and Pine Inn, are condominiums.
On the east side, a house with a built year is a different neighborhood from a pad. Velvaere is an amendment to the MIDA master plan. Parcels with a built year are homes. The rest are homesites. Deer Crest estates, phases 1 and 2 and the UPCMC lot splits, are ninety-two homes and sixty-three homesites in the county drawing, lots about 0.12 to 7.9 acres. Queen Esther is the west gate, from Deer Valley and Park City. The Jordanelle gate is the east entrance, from Highway 40. Marcella, on the Galena neighborhoods at Ski Beach, has no built year in county records, so those pads are not treated as finished houses here.
How to use the cards. The row asks for house subdivision names across Upper, Lower, East Village, and Deer Crest, in Park City and the Wasatch Back cities the east map already uses. Property type is a house. A condominium, a townhome, and a bare pad can be for sale without appearing. Ski access, where someone claims it, belongs to the lot. Bald Eagle is not Solamere, and Deer Crest is not Silver Lake. We do not publish a Deer Valley house price index.

Questions, answered
Where are Deer Valley homes for sale?
On three maps. Upper Deer Valley is Silver Lake and Empire Pass, including Bald Eagle, Stein Eriksen Estates, and Red Cloud. Lower Deer Valley is the Snow Park hillside: Solamere, Hidden Oaks, Royal Oaks, and Hidden Meadows. Deer Valley East includes Velvaere houses and Deer Crest estates. Condominiums are a different page.
Are Deer Valley homes ski-in ski-out?
Some lots are discussed that way. Many houses are a path, a shuttle, or a drive. Lower Deer Valley hillside houses are a drive to Snow Park. A neighborhood name does not certify the door. Confirm the address.
Is Marcella included in this house feed?
Marcella at Ski Beach is Galena One, Two, and Three. No residential parcel in those records have a built year, so the map draws homesites. Those pads are not treated as finished houses here. Deer Crest estates, where county records have a built year, are.
Do you publish a sold price for a Deer Valley house?
No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. This page does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. Active cards are list price. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
Active Deer Valley home listings
List price only. Utah is a non-disclosure state, so this row does not show a sold price. A card appears only when the MLS subdivision matches a community named here. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
