The club describes an 18-hole course it attributes to Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, opened in 1981, and a clubhouse at 8770 N Jeremy Road. The club’s membership page has listed a 2026 course renovation. Ask what that changes. Whether any membership travels with a house is the club’s to explain. The streets on this map are public.

The map draws the Summit county parcel lines: the numbered Jeremy Ranch neighborhoods, Back Nine, Hidden Cove, South Ridge, Canyon Links, The Trails, Jeremy Cove, Overlook, Circle J, and the two condominium records. A built year is a home. Canyon Links and Overlook are townhomes. Jeremy Woods and Jeremy Point are condos. The golf-course parcels are left off.
