NeighborhoodsJeremy Ranch · Park City · Glenwild · Promontory
Jeremy Ranch sits north of Interstate 80, west of Park City. Park City is east. The winter drive is east, on the frontage roads and the freeway, not through a community gate. If the comparison in your head is Promontory or Glenwild, say so. This is the other conversation.
The neighborhoods are the search
The county parcel lines split into Jeremy Ranch, Back Nine, Hidden Cove, South Ridge, Canyon Links, The Trails, Jeremy Woods, Jeremy Cove, Overlook, Jeremy Point, Circle J, and a clubhouse condominium record. Back Nine is the north homesites, above the course. Hidden Cove is the west neighborhood. South Ridge is the south neighborhood, toward the freeway. Canyon Links is the townhomes beside the clubhouse. The Trails is the east neighborhood, toward Park City. A Jeremy Ranch house is not a pricing category until the neighborhood is named.
The course, then the deed
The club describes an 18-hole course it attributes to Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, opened in the fall of 1981, in Upper East Canyon. It says East Canyon Creek runs through nine holes. Its published address is 8770 N Jeremy Road, with a clubhouse, a golf shop, fitness, dining, and a Nordic center. The club’s membership page lists a 2026 course renovation. Ask what that changes for the holes you care about.
Whether any membership travels with a house is the club’s to explain. The streets on our drawing are public. An association still travels with the house. Read those documents for the address in front of you. We do not publish dues or a price index. The page is /neighborhood/jeremy-ranch. Derek Fossey is at Jeremy Ranch. He is at (612) 248-7374 and derek.fossey@bhhsutah.com.
