Deer Valley East Village is a new base on the resort’s expansion, above the Jordanelle, off U.S. 40 on the freeway side toward the airport. The land was called Mayflower for decades. Deer Valley attached the East Village name to that base in 2024, after the terrain was folded into the resort. It is a ski village records. It is not Snow Park, not Silver Lake, and not Empire Pass. People say Deer Valley real estate and mean any of those. The deed sits in one of them. A Park City real estate search starts by naming the records. Lower Deer Valley is /deer-valley-real-estate/lower-deer-valley. Upper Deer Valley is /deer-valley-real-estate/upper-deer-valley. The note that keeps Empire Pass apart is /blog/deer-valley-and-empire-pass. The resort map is /deer-valley-real-estate.
A hotel is open. The street is not.
Grand Hyatt Deer Valley opened on November 20, 2024. It was the first hotel in the village, and the building includes residences. The rest of the base is still a phase. A September 2026 announcement from the village put the East Village Lodge, with Deer Valley skier services, the Four Seasons residence tower, and the first commercial space in late 2027. The same announcement targets the start of the 2028 ski season for the Four Seasons hotel tower, Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley, the first phase of the Cormont condominiums, and most of the shops and restaurants. It expects the remaining residential and retail by 2030. Those are published targets. A target is not a finished base.
Condo, homesite, or hotel residence
- Cormont is condominium buildings in the village. Park City condos for sale, on this side, means the unit, the association, and which phase that building is in. A hotel next door is not that certificate. The condominium note is /blog/park-city-condos-for-sale.
- Marcella is the ski homesites at Ski Beach, not a tower in the village. The county parcel lines are Galena One, Two, and Three. The note is /blog/marcella-three-grounds. The page is /marcella-real-estate.
- Hotel residences are a third records. Grand Hyatt residences are in the hotel that is open. Four Seasons and Waldorf Astoria residences are named for the later phases. A branded residence is not a Marcella deed, and it is not a Cormont unit.
Deer Crest is the private ski community beside this side of the mountain, with its own gates. It is not the East Village neighborhoods. Deer Crest is on this page, /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley. The gate note is /blog/deer-crest-two-gates. Ski-in ski-out Park City homes, where a listing uses that phrase, still have to survive a walk to the door. That question is /blog/ski-in-ski-out-park-city-homes. We do not publish a price index, an inventory count, or dues. Utah does not disclose sold prices, and this note does not print one. The cover is a groomed run at Deer Valley Resort. It is the mountain, not the East Village base, and it is not a house for sale. For a tour that starts in the right records, call Nick Melilli at (954) 383-1478 or write hello@melillidavis.com.
