Deer Valley East Village homes for sale: start with the neighborhood

Deer Valley real estate is three maps. Upper is Silver Lake and Empire Pass. Lower is Snow Park. Deer Valley East Village is the third: the Mayflower ground above the Jordanelle, on its own parcel map. A search for Deer Valley homes for sale, or for Deer Valley condos, still returns one village name. Wasatch County records do not. East Village is not Snow Park, and it is not Silver Lake. The hub is /deer-valley-real-estate. The East map is /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley. Upper and Lower stay apart in /blog/upper-vs-lower-deer-valley. Empire Pass stays on the Upper map. What the county actually drew

The map uses the neighborhoods Wasatch County has drawn. A single-family parcel with no built year is a homesite. Commercial parcels on these neighborhoods are not drawn.

• Deer Valley homes for sale, on this map, are the Velvaere parcels with a built year. Velvaere is an amendment to the MIDA master plan. A residential parcel with no built year is a homesite. The page is /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley/velvaere. The homes list is /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley/homes.
• Galena is three more amendments to that neighborhood: Galena One, Galena Two, and Galena Three. Listings call those homesites Marcella at Deer Valley. Ski Beach Way is the street. Every residential parcel in those records has no built year, so the map draws homesites, not houses. The Marcella page is /marcella-real-estate. MIDA Lot 3A is two residential parcels with no built year, also drawn as homesites. The pages are /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley/galena, /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley/mida-lot-3a, and /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley/homesites.
• Deer Valley condos here are Mayflower Lakeside Village, Pioche Village, and Alpine Condominiums of Jordanelle. None is a Snow Park lodge or a Silver Lake condominium. Mayflower Lakeside Village is Phases 1A through 1G, beside the townhomes. The county name for Pioche is Pioche Village Condominiums & Amendments. Alpine is two residential condominium parcels beside the Mayflower lakeside neighborhoods, and two parcels is the whole neighborhood in county records. Ski-in ski-out is the door

Ski-in ski-out is not a name on these neighborhoods. county records do not assign it to Mayflower, Pioche, Velvaere, Galena, Alpine Condominiums of Jordanelle, or MIDA Lot 3A. Where a listing uses the phrase, confirm the door: snow at the threshold, a path, a shuttle, or a drive. The note is /blog/ski-in-ski-out-park-city-homes. The buildings this site discusses as true ski-in/ski-out are at Snow Park: Black Diamond Lodge, Trail’s End Lodge, and Pine Inn. Confirm the unit. That sentence does not travel to East Village. Lower Deer Valley is /deer-valley-real-estate/lower-deer-valley. Upper Deer Valley is /deer-valley-real-estate/upper-deer-valley.

The names beside the map

Marcella is the ski community on the Galena neighborhoods at Ski Beach, inside Deer Valley East. The county name is Galena. The listings say Marcella at Deer Valley. The page is /marcella-real-estate. The note is /blog/marcella-three-grounds. The golf side is not on that map. Deer Crest is the gated community on the Deer Valley East page, /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley. It is not the East Village neighborhoods. Hideout is the town on the Jordanelle Reservoir, between Park City and Heber. It is not Deer Valley. The page is /hideout-real-estate. The earlier note on the base is /blog/deer-valley-east-village.
