Park City condos for sale

Park City condos for sale are a unit inside a common-interest regime, not a smaller house. The floor plan does not decide which document you would sign. On this site the condominium record covers two mountains. Deer Valley condos for sale are Snow Park, Silver Lake, Empire Pass, East Village, and Deer Crest. Canyons Village condos for sale are the base village on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain. A condominium on one mountain is not documented against a condominium on the other. The Park City real estate hub is the index.

Three documents travel with a serious offer. The unit is what the deed or the declaration conveys: the interior, a parking stall, storage, and any limited common area assigned to that unit. The association is the resale certificate: budget, reserves, insurance, assessments, and the rules that bind an owner. A rental program, when one is attached, is a third document. It says who may rent, for how long, and whether the program is optional. We do not estimate dues, and a neighboring building is not that certificate.

At Deer Valley the names are specific. Lower Deer Valley condominiums include Black Diamond Lodge, Trail's End Lodge, Pine Inn, the Lodges at Deer Valley, Silver Baron Lodge, and Powder Run. At Silver Lake the records includes Stein Eriksen Lodge, Goldener Hirsch, the Chateaux at Silver Lake, Stag Lodge, Sterling Lodge, and the Inn at Silver Lake. Empire Pass adds Ironwood, Nakoma, Paintbrush, and the Belles at Empire Pass. Deer Valley East adds Mayflower Lakeside Village, Pioche Village, and Alpine Condominiums of Jordanelle. Deer Crest adds condominium parcels at Queen Esther, Roosevelt Gap, Founders Place, and Deer Pointe. A lodge name is not a ski-in claim. East Village does not inherit that phrase from Silver Lake.

At Canyons Village the split neighborhoods are Park West Condos, Timber Wolf Lodge, White Pine Canyon Village, Blackstone, and Canyon Residences. Grand Summit, Westgate, Escala Lodges, and Dakota Mountain Lodge are drawn as the building, because county records do not split them into residence lots. Waldorf Astoria Park City and Sundial Lodge are named and are not unit neighborhoods in county records. Red Pine and Frostwood are townhomes. There is no private club to transfer with a Canyons Village deed, and there is none to transfer with a Deer Valley condominium deed either. Deer Crest is a gated community, not a club you join in place of reading the association.

The cards ask for those subdivision names, in Park City and the Wasatch Back cities the east side of Deer Valley already uses, property type condominium, Active status. Old Town and Main Street buildings that are not on these neighborhoods will not appear. That absence is the filter, not a claim about Historic Old Town. Jeremy Woods and Jeremy Point, north of Interstate 80, are condos on the Jeremy Ranch map and are not this resort-village feed. If the result is empty, a building may be filed under another name. Deer Valley houses are a different page.

Nick Melilli, Marcie Davis, Darrick Olsen, and Derek Fossey are the group. They also know which addresses are not in a club. Nick has lived at Promontory for about 20 years. Marcie has belonged to Glenwild over the years. Darrick's business is mostly Tuhaye and Talisker, and his communities include Deer Valley East and Empire Pass. Derek is at Jeremy Ranch. Questions, answered

What does Park City condos for sale include here?

condos this site already maps at Deer Valley and at Canyons Village. Deer Valley is Upper, Lower, and East, including Deer Crest. Canyons Village is the other mountain. Townhomes, houses, and Jeremy Ranch condominiums are not in this feed. Cards are list price only.

How is a condo different from a house?

A condo is a unit plus an association, and often a rental program. Those are separate documents. A house is the land and the building on a deed, usually with its own association. The floor plan does not decide which one you are buying.

Are these condos ski-in ski-out?

Some units are described that way. Many are a walk, a stair, a shuttle, or a drive. A building name does not promote every door. Deer Valley East does not inherit the phrase from Silver Lake. Confirm the unit.

Do you publish sold prices for Park City condos?

No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. This page does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. Active cards are list price. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.

Active Park City condo listings
