Canyons Village condos for sale

Canyons Village condos for sale are condominiums in the base village on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain, toward Kimball Junction from Old Town. The village is not Deer Valley. There is no private club to transfer with the deed. The Canyons Village real estate map is four products: condominiums, townhomes, houses, and homesites. This page is the condominium search. The condo leaf on that map is the parcel drawing. Park City condos for sale is the wider records, once Deer Valley is in the same week. The Park City real estate hub is the index if the week is still both mountains.

Some buildings are split into residence parcels. Park West Condos are the neighborhoods the county still records under the resort's former name, Georgetown and the cluster, on Canyons Resort Drive. Timber Wolf Lodge is the condo neighborhood on Timber Wolf Lane. It is not Timberwolf, the house lots on Red Pine Road. White Pine Canyon Village is Buildings 1 through 3 and Building 4 on Stone Hollow Court. Building 4 is its own later section. Blackstone is Residences at Blackstone, on Blackstone Drive. Canyon Residences is three condominium parcels on Frostwood Boulevard and Frostwood Roundabout, not a lodge broken into a unit per door.

Other names are the building, not a stack of lots. Grand Summit is one commercial parcel at 4000 Canyons Resort Drive. Westgate at The Canyons is one commercial parcel at 3000 Canyons Resort Drive. Escala Lodges is five commercial parcels. Dakota Mountain Lodge is one parcel. County records do not split those into residence lots, so a unit number is not a shape on the map. Waldorf Astoria Park City is listed by Visit Park City at 2100 West Frostwood Boulevard, and county records have no condo map at that address. Sundial Lodge is a remaining-portion site plan, not home lots, and it is not drawn.

Ski access is the door, not the building name. Some residences are ski-in. Some mornings start as a walk across the plaza. Houses farther up the canyon can be a drive back to the village, and those houses are not this page. Red Pine townhomes on Apache Trail and Frostwood Parcel F6 are townhomes. Park West Village, on Village Round, Last Run, and Holiday Curve, is houses. A Park West condo on Canyons Resort Drive is not a house on Holiday Curve.

The purchase stack is the unit, then the association. A resale certificate covers assessments, insurance, and what the building maintains. A rental program, when one is attached, is a separate document, including how the owner may use the season. We do not estimate dues, and we do not copy the rules from the building next door. The cards ask for these condominium subdivision names in Park City, Active status, list price only. A building filed under another name will not appear. Empty is not a statement that the village has nothing for sale.
