Park City ski-in ski-out homes

Park City ski-in ski-out homes is a search that has to be unbundled before it is a tour. The phrase is used for a door that opens onto snow, a residence a short walk from a lift, a shuttle, and a house that needs a drive to a base. Those are different mornings, and they come with different documents. This page keeps the narrow case separate from the rest. The essay that walks the same distinction is linked below. This page is the listing search for the addresses where that question is actually asked.

True ski-to-door is snow at the threshold. On this site, the Snow Park buildings where that sentence is checked unit by unit are Black Diamond Lodge, Trail’s End Lodge, and Pine Inn, in Lower Deer Valley. A listing in one of those buildings can still be a path or a stair. The building name does not promote every door. At Silver Lake, Stag Lodge and the Inn at Silver Lake are the condominiums where the remarks often say direct to the run, a shuttle, or a walk across the village. Sterling Lodge, Goldener Hirsch, and Stein Eriksen Lodge are nearby and are not given that label on this page. Confirm the unit you are touring.

Red Cloud is the house neighborhood at Empire Pass, on the Upper Deer Valley map, and the ski neighborhood of Talisker Club. Ski-to-door, where it is true, belongs to that lot, not to every Empire Pass address. Owning the house is not the same sentence as holding a Talisker membership. Tuhaye is the golf side of that club, above the Jordanelle, and a Tuhaye house is not a ski-in door at Empire Pass. The cards on this page include Red Cloud because the access question is a lot question there. A match on the subdivision name is not a certification that snow reaches the door.

What this page will not do is paint the whole resort with one amenity. Upper and Lower Deer Valley are separate pockets. Deer Valley East, including East Village and Deer Crest, is a third. The east neighborhoods are not where this site assigns ski-in ski-out. A Mayflower or Deer Crest listing that uses the phrase still has to survive a walk to the door. Canyons Village, on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain, has its own mix: some residences ski-in, some a walk across the plaza, some a drive down the canyon. That village is not Deer Valley, and its condominiums stay on the Canyons Village map.

The documents follow the access. A condominium at Snow Park or Silver Lake is a unit plus a resale certificate. A Red Cloud house is a deed, an association, a gate, and a possible Talisker membership that may or may not travel. Deer Crest is a gated community with its own gates, not a club substituted for the association. We do not estimate dues. We do not publish a count of ski-in ski-out homes, because the phrase is not a field in the county records and it is not a field we will invent.

How to use the cards. The row below asks the MLS for those subdivision names only: the three Snow Park lodges, Stag Lodge, the Inn at Silver Lake, and Red Cloud. City is Park City. Status is Active. If a building is filed under another name, it will not appear, and an empty row is not a statement that nothing is for sale. Deer Valley condos for sale is the wider condominium search. Park City luxury homes for sale is the house search when the week is a club, a ski village, or an estate lot rather than this access question.

The club papers, when they exist, are easy to mix up with the deed. Nick Melilli has lived at Promontory for about 20 years. Darrick Olsen has belonged to Tuhaye and Talisker, and most of his business is there, including Empire Pass and Deer Valley East. Marcie Davis has belonged to Glenwild over the years. Derek Fossey is at Jeremy Ranch. One of them stays with you through closing. Write hello@melillidavis.com. Nick is at (954) 383-1478. Marcie is at (435) 602-9577. Darrick is at (435) 640-1029. There is no group telephone.

Utah is a non-disclosure state. This page does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. A card below, when the feed has one, is list price only. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.

Questions, answered

What does Park City ski-in ski-out homes mean on this page?

A door onto snow, checked at the address. A walk across a village, a shuttle, and a drive to a base are different products. The cards are limited to Black Diamond Lodge, Trail’s End Lodge, Pine Inn, Stag Lodge, the Inn at Silver Lake, and Red Cloud. A subdivision match is not proof of ski-to-door.

Are Canyons Village and Deer Valley East included?

No. Canyons Village is the base village on Park City Mountain, with its own page. Deer Valley East and Deer Crest are on the east map. This site does not assign ski-in ski-out to those neighborhoods as a group. If a listing uses the phrase, confirm the threshold.

Is Red Cloud the same as Tuhaye?

No. Red Cloud is the Talisker ski neighborhood at Empire Pass. Tuhaye is Talisker Club golf above the Jordanelle. A membership question is the club’s document in both places, and the houses are not substitutes.

Do you publish a sold price for a ski-in home?

No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. This page does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. Active cards are list price. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.

Active listings where ski access is the question

List price only. Utah is a non-disclosure state, so this row does not show a sold price. A card appears only when the MLS subdivision matches a community named here. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
