Derek Fossey

Real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people navigate some of life's most important decisions with confidence and peace of mind.

Derek Fossey is a REALTOR® serving Park City, Deer Valley, the Jordanelle, the Heber Valley, and the surrounding Wasatch Back. He works with first-time buyers, people searching for a luxury mountain retreat, investors, and sellers.

For more than 20 years, Derek has built a career centered on service, leadership, and helping people achieve their goals. As a pastor, community leader, and trusted advisor, he has guided individuals and families through major life transitions, with a reputation for integrity, compassion, and exceptional communication.

He has led organizations with multi-million-dollar budgets, negotiated complex situations, and built lasting relationships.

A resident of Park City, Derek serves on the Governing Board of the Interfaith Council and is an active member of the Rotary Club.

When he's not with clients, he enjoys staying active, exploring Utah's mountains, and serving the community he calls home.
