What's your Canyons Village home worth?

A Canyons Village home value is a private note for one address. An advisor prepares it. This page does not calculate a price, and it does not display one.

Send the address below. The note goes to [email protected], and an advisor replies at the email you enter.

What goes into a Canyons Village value

A sale here may be a condominium, a townhome, a house, or a homesite. There is no private club membership to transfer with the deed. Canyons Village is the base village on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain. It is not Deer Valley.

The association is read for that unit. The resale certificate covers assessments, insurance, and what the association maintains. A rental program, when one is attached, is a separate document, including how much of ski season the owner may use. Those rules do not travel from the building next door. This page does not estimate dues.

Ski access is a door-by-door fact. Some residences are ski-in, ski-out. Some are a walk across the village to the lift. Houses farther up the canyon can be a drive back to the village. A lodge name is not a promise that every door opens onto snow.

The view from that door, the building, and the finishes are part of the same note. County records split some condominiums into residence parcels. Grand Summit, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Sundial Lodge, and Escala Lodges are named buildings the county file does not split into residence lots. A condo and a house are not the same stack of documents.

Questions, answered

What is a Canyons Village home value?

A private valuation for one address, prepared by an advisor. It is not an automated estimate. This page does not calculate a price, and it does not display one.

Is there a club membership to transfer?

No. Canyons Village is not a private-club community. The documents that matter are the deed, the association, and a rental program when one is attached to that unit.

Is ski access the same for every door?

No. Some residences are ski-in, ski-out. Some are a walk to the lift. Houses farther up the canyon can be a drive back to the village. The view and the door are read for that address.

Do you publish a sold price for a Canyons Village home?

No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. This page does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price.
