Upper Deer Valley is Silver Lake. Lower Deer Valley is Snow Park. People say Deer Valley and mean both, plus Empire Pass, plus Deer Crest. The deed sits in one of them. The map is /deer-valley-real-estate. The two hubs are /deer-valley-real-estate/upper-deer-valley and /deer-valley-real-estate/lower-deer-valley.
Snow Park is the base
Lower Deer Valley is closest to Main Street. Most of the inventory is condos and townhomes. Black Diamond Lodge, Trail’s End Lodge, and Pine Inn are the buildings people cite when they want a door on the snow. Confirm the unit. Solamere and the other hillside houses are a drive, not ski-in/ski-out. Homesites are not the Snow Park records.
Silver Lake is mid-mountain
Upper Deer Valley is the village at Silver Lake, and the runs around it. Lodge condominiums sit in the village. Bald Eagle is houses. American Flag and Evergreen are houses and homesites. Alta Vista is homesites. A homesite is not a finished house on the same road. Empire Pass is south of Silver Lake. It is not Upper Deer Valley. Red Cloud is /deer-valley-real-estate/upper-deer-valley/red-cloud.
Deer Crest is on the Deer Valley East page at /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley. East Village is the expansion note at /blog/deer-valley-east-village. Canyons Village is Park City Mountain, not this mountain, at /neighborhood/canyons-village. We do not publish a sold price. Utah is a non-disclosure state. The cover is a groomed run at Deer Valley Resort. It is the mountain, not a house for sale.
Written for this site by Melilli Davis Group. It is orientation, not a valuation and not a club policy. Where a sale is mentioned, Utah non-disclosure means last list price only.
