Marcella homes for sale, on this site, are the ski side at Deer Valley East. Public listings call the community Marcella at Deer Valley. Ski Beach Way, Park City 84060, is the street. Wasatch County does not records a subdivision named Marcella. It records Galena One, Galena Two, and Galena Three, amendments to the MIDA master plan. The Marcella real estate map draws those parcels. The golf side is a different ground, and it is not drawn here.

Every residential parcel in county records has no built year, so the map draws homesites, not finished houses. Seventy-four parcels is the set. A listing may show a house under construction. County records are what this map draws. There are no townhomes and no condo neighborhood in this set. Deer Valley homes for sale, when the search is a house with a built year at Silver Lake or Snow Park, is a different page. Park City land for sale is the wider homesite search. This page stays on Ski Beach.

Galena One is twenty-one homesites. Eleven are on Ski Beach Way, including 8669 N Ski Beach Way. The rest are on Galena Ridge Way. Lots are about 1 to 8.5 acres, and the middle of the set is about 2.3. Galena Two is forty-four homesites, most of them on Galena Ridge Way. Nine are on Ski Beach Way, including 8856 N Ski Beach Way. Lots are about 0.22 to 1.84 acres, and the middle of that set is about 0.5. Galena Three is nine homesites: eight on Piste Court and one on Blue Ledge Drive, lots about 0.37 to 2.15 acres. Same ski community. Not a separate village.

The same parcels are on the Deer Valley East map under the county name Galena. Deer Crest is the gated community beside this ground, on that east page, and Marcella is not that gate. A buyer who starts from the golf will tour the wrong ridge. We do not publish dues, a waitlist, or a price index. Design review is the question on a pad: what the packet already allows, and which amendment the address is actually on.

The cards ask for the subdivision names used on these neighborhoods: Marcella, Marcella at Deer Valley, and Galena, in the cities the Marcella map already searches. A card can be a house filing or a land filing, because a homesite and a house still underway are both in circulation. Status is Active. List price only. If the MLS uses another name, the row stays empty, and empty is not a claim that nothing is offered. Confirm the Galena amendment before a second visit.
