Park City land for sale, on this page, means a homesite: a residential parcel with no built year in the county records. It is not a finished house, and it is not a condominium with the building assumed. The week is design review, winter access, and whatever the association or the club already requires. The Park City real estate hub is the index of the maps. This page is the land search across the homesite neighborhoods those maps already name.
North of town, Promontory and Glenwild both mix houses and pads. Promontory homesites include neighborhoods such as Pinnacle, where the residential parcels in the records have no built year, and Promontory Ranches, the large parcels of about 34 to 46 acres that are drawn on purpose. Glenwild in county records is one hundred thirty-eight homes and fifty-two homesites, lots from about half an acre to about 7.8. The Preserve beside it is thirty-seven homes and forty-eight homesites, lots from about 4 acres to about 31. Unbuilt remnants over the acre cutoff are left off those drawings. A remnant left off the map is not a listing this page invented.
At the resorts, the pad and the house are different products on the same road. Upper Deer Valley homesites include American Flag, Alta Vista on the Dew Drop side, and Evergreen. Alta Vista is the homesite pocket, not a lodge. At Deer Valley East, Marcella homes for sale are Galena One, Two, and Three at Ski Beach: seventy-four residential parcels and none with a built year. MIDA Lot 3A is two more homesites. Velvaere mixes houses and pads. Deer Crest estates include sixty-three homesites beside the ninety-two homes. At Canyons Village, Colony Phase 5 Meadow Lakes is the pad pocket. Phase 5D and Phase 5H have no built year on the residential parcels in that records.
The valley clubs have land too, and the drive is part of the lot. Tuhaye, above the Jordanelle, draws Cougar Moon and Painted Bluff as homesites throughout, and Dancing Sun is mostly pads. Victory Ranch in Kamas has ninety-nine homesites on the lettered neighborhoods, plus four at River Terrace. Red Ledges in Heber has three hundred four homesites on the main phase neighborhoods, before Crown Ridge, Mountainside, and Juniper Hills add more. Jeremy Ranch, on public streets north of Interstate 80, has pads on the numbered neighborhoods, on Back Nine, and at Hidden Cove. A Jeremy Ranch lot is not a Promontory ranch parcel. The acre figures are the county drawings, not a price.
The cards ask for those homesite subdivision names, property type land, Active status, list price only. Cities follow the maps, so Heber, Kamas, and the east side of Deer Valley are included where the neighborhoods sit. A house on the same neighborhood will not appear, because the feed is land. A homesite filed as a house, or under a name that is not on these neighborhoods, will not appear either. Empty is not a statement that no pad is offered. Open the homesite leaf on the club or the resort map when the row is thin. We do not publish a price per acre.

Questions, answered
What is Park City land for sale on this page?
Homesites: residential parcels with no built year on the neighborhoods this site already maps. That includes club pads at Promontory, Glenwild, Tuhaye, Victory Ranch, Red Ledges, and Jeremy Ranch, plus resort pads at Deer Valley, Deer Crest, Marcella, and Colony at White Pine. It is not a finished house and not a condominium. Cards are list price only.
Does a homesite include a house plan?
No. A pad still needs design review, winter access, and whatever the association or the club already requires. Unbuilt remnants over the acre cutoff used on each map are left off the drawing. We do not publish a price per acre.
Are Heber and Kamas lots included?
Yes, where the site maps them. Victory Ranch is in Kamas. Red Ledges is in Heber. Tuhaye is above the Jordanelle. The winter drive back to Park City is part of those lots. They are not Deer Valley addresses.
Do you publish a sold price for land?
No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. This page does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. Active cards are list price. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
Active homesite listings
List price only. Utah is a non-disclosure state, so this row does not show a sold price. A card appears only when the MLS subdivision matches a community named here. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
