The place, then the neighborhood

Red Ledges is a private club in Heber, in Wasatch County. The club publishes a Jack Nicklaus Signature course, a 12-hole Golf Park, and a clubhouse with Juniper Grill, fitness, pools, tennis, and pickleball.

The map draws the Wasatch county parcel lines: the phase lots, the cabins, the villas, Villas A, Crown Ridge, Mountainside, and Juniper Hills. A built year is a home. No built year is a homesite. The villa lots are townhomes. Villas A is the condo neighborhood. Agricultural parcels are left off.

Heber is not a Park City gate. The drive, the club, and the house are three different facts. A membership, when one is offered, is the club’s. This page does not publish dues, initiation, or a price index.

Utah is a non-disclosure state. These pages do not publish a sold price, a closed price, or a neighborhood price index. An active card, when one matches, shows list price only.
