Red Ledges sits in Heber, not inside a Park City resort gate. Golf and the gate are the club’s story. The resale is the house. We will not dress it up as Deer Valley or as Promontory.
Three facts, kept apart
- The drive. Heber is not Old Town, and it is not a Deer Valley gate. A winter week has to be honest about that road.
- The club. Whether a membership transfers, or the buyer applies separately, is a letter from the club. We do not estimate it.
- The house. Resale is a deed, an association, and design review. Nothing on /neighborhood/red-ledges is a live listing.
Buyers often hold Red Ledges up against Victory Ranch, the Heber Valley club, and then against Talisker above the Jordanelle. Those are three drives and three rulebooks. We do not publish dues or a price index.
