Darrick Olsen

Darrick Olsen works land, construction, and development in Park City at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties. He has more than 28 years in luxury real estate, land acquisition, and development.

He was born in Park City, grew up on Old Ranch Road, and graduated from Park City High School. His family, including his brother, sold land and built across Park City. That is the background for his custom-home and speculative work.

Land and planning work includes the Jordanelle, Empire Pass, and Monviso, and the communities include Promontory, Glenwild, Tuhaye, Deer Valley East, and Empire Pass. He has belonged to Tuhaye and Talisker, and most of his business is there. He lives in Hideout and does much of his work in Hideout.

He handles development approvals in Deer Valley, Park City, and Summit County for local, national, and international clients. He studied in an international luxury real estate and art program. He has listed and sold in Park City, Deer Valley, and the Canyons, including at a prior Park City luxury firm.

He has four sons, who work for developers.
