Park City golf course homes are not one club and not one county. The phrase collects houses where golf is part of why the lot exists. On this site that set is Promontory and Glenwild north of Park City, Tuhaye above the Jordanelle, Jeremy Ranch north of Interstate 80, Red Ledges in Heber, and Victory Ranch in Kamas along the Upper Provo River. A Saturday that tries to see three of them will mostly see windshield. Pick the drive, then the club, then the house.
Promontory is a private club in Summit County. Dye Course Cabins and Nicklaus West are neighborhood names on its map, which tells you the records, not your membership status. Glenwild publishes one Tom Fazio course, a setting of about 950 acres, and fewer than 200 homes. Those acre and home counts are the club’s. The Preserve beside Glenwild is the larger-lot ground. Both clubs are north of town. Neither is a ski-in address. A ski day from either house is a trip.
Tuhaye is Talisker Club golf above the Jordanelle, with a Mark O’Meara course in the club’s description, on Wasatch county parcel lines. Red Cloud, the Talisker ski neighborhood, is at Empire Pass and is not a golf-course house. Red Ledges, in Heber, publishes a Jack Nicklaus Signature course, a 12-hole Golf Park, and a clubhouse. Victory Ranch, in Kamas, publishes a Rees Jones course, and the golf-course parcels themselves are left off that map. The winter drive from Heber or Kamas back to Park City is part of those purchases. Summit County clubs do not share that drive.
Jeremy Ranch is the exception to treat carefully. It is north of Interstate 80 and west of Park City: public streets, neighborhoods, and an association. The map leaves the golf-course parcels and the Park City municipal back nine off the drawing. Golf, if a membership is part of the conversation, is a separate question from the deed. Derek Fossey is at Jeremy Ranch. It belongs in a golf search so it is not confused with Promontory or Glenwild. It does not belong in a sentence that calls every Park City golf house a private club.
Membership is the second document everywhere a club is private. It may transfer, require an application, or sit outside the sale. We do not quote dues, initiation, or a waitlist, and we do not copy one club’s rules onto another. The house is the deed. The neighborhood is the county records. The course is the club’s. Park City luxury homes for sale is the wider house search when the week might be a ski village instead of a tee time. Deer Valley condos for sale is the wrong records for this search.
The cards ask for houses in these subdivision names, in the cities those maps already use: Park City, and the Wasatch Back cities on the Tuhaye, Heber, and Kamas neighborhoods. Homesites and townhomes can be for sale without showing up. Victory Ranch has townhome neighborhood lots. Tuhaye has Moon Dance townhomes and large homesite neighborhoods. Red Ledges has cabins, villas, and condominium parcels. Use the club map when the product is not a house. List price only. A subdivision match is not a promise that the fairway is out the door. Some lots front a course. Some are in the same community and face a road.
We help people buy and sell homes in these communities. Nick Melilli has lived at Promontory for about 20 years. Marcie Davis has belonged to Glenwild over the years. Darrick Olsen has belonged to Tuhaye and Talisker, and most of his business is there. Derek Fossey is at Jeremy Ranch. One of them stays with you through closing. Write hello@melillidavis.com. Nick is at (954) 383-1478. Marcie is at (435) 602-9577. Darrick is at (435) 640-1029. There is no group telephone.

Questions, answered
Which communities are Park City golf course homes on this page?
Promontory, Glenwild, Tuhaye, Jeremy Ranch, Red Ledges, and Victory Ranch. The first two are north of Park City. Tuhaye is above the Jordanelle. Jeremy Ranch is north of Interstate 80. Red Ledges is in Heber and Victory Ranch is in Kamas. They do not share one membership.
Does the house include golf?
Not as a rule. At a private club, membership may transfer, require an application, or sit outside the sale. At Jeremy Ranch the streets are public and golf is a separate question from the deed. We do not quote dues. Ask the club, for that property.
Are ski-in homes part of this search?
No. Golf communities north of town and in the Heber Valley are a drive from the resorts. Red Cloud at Empire Pass is Talisker skiing, not Tuhaye golf. Deer Valley condos are a different page.
Do you publish sold prices for golf course homes?
No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. Cards are active listings at list price. A course view in a photograph is not a value conclusion. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
Active golf-community listings
List price only. Utah is a non-disclosure state, so this row does not show a sold price. A card appears only when the MLS subdivision matches a community named here. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
