Red Ledges homes for sale are houses in the private club in Heber, in Wasatch County. Heber is not Park City. The winter drive back to the resorts is part of the purchase, and a buyer who wants snow at the door should not start here. The Red Ledges real estate map draws the Wasatch county parcel lines. This page is the house search on that map. Cabins, villas, townhomes, and condominium parcels exist in the same club and are different products.

The phase neighborhoods that are not cabins, villas, Crown Ridge, Mountainside, or Juniper Hills are the main house records: three hundred thirty-nine homes and three hundred four homesites in the county drawing. Lots in that drawn set run about 0.07 to 5.8 acres, and the middle of the set is about 0.76 acres. That spread is why “a Red Ledges lot” is not a size. Ask which phase, and whether the parcel has a built year. A homesite is not a house. Crown Ridge, Mountainside, and Juniper Hills are named pockets with their own neighborhoods on the map.

Cabins at Red Ledges, phases 1B and 1M, are a tighter product: fifty-one homes and one homesite in the records, lots about 0.08 to 0.13 acres. The villa neighborhoods are drawn as townhomes. Villas A is a condo neighborhood. Those are real Red Ledges addresses, and they are not what this house feed is asking the MLS to return. If the listing is a villa or a cabin, open that leaf on the Red Ledges map before you compare it with a phase house. The club publishes a Jack Nicklaus Signature course, a 12-hole Golf Park, and a clubhouse with dining, fitness, pools, tennis, and pickleball. That is the club’s description of the setting. It is not a price, and it is not proof that the lot you are touring fronts a fairway.

Membership is the club’s document. It may transfer, the buyer may have to apply, or it may be unavailable. The drive, the club, and the house are three different facts. A Heber purchase also wants a clear answer on winter access to Park City, school and services in the valley, and how often the house is actually a ski house. Those are use questions. They are not answered by the course ranking someone repeats at dinner.

How this sits against the other golf searches. Promontory and Glenwild are north of Park City, in Summit County, so the drive to town is a different road from the Heber valley. Tuhaye is above the Jordanelle, still Wasatch County, and it is Talisker Club rather than Red Ledges. Victory Ranch is in Kamas. The cards ask for Red Ledges subdivision names in Heber City, houses only, Active status, list price only. A cabin filed under a different subdivision string may not appear. Use the map when the row is empty or when the product is a villa. Empty is not a claim that the club has nothing for sale. Inventory moves, and the MLS name does not always match the neighborhood name you were told.
