Promontory homes for sale

Promontory homes for sale are houses inside the private club north of Park City, in Summit County. The search people type is one community. County records show a set of neighborhoods. The Summit, Promontory Ridge, Buffalo Jump, Dye Course Cabins, Nicklaus West, the cabin neighborhoods, and Promontory Ranches do not share one lot size or one street. A house on a ridge parcel and a cabin on a cottage neighborhood are both Promontory. They are not the same showing.

The Promontory real estate map draws those neighborhoods from the Summit County parcel records. A residential parcel with a built year is a home. A residential parcel with no built year is a homesite. This page is the house search. Homesites stay on their own page, because a pad still needs design review and a finished floor plan is a different set of questions. No townhomes or condos here; every home sits on its own lot. Double Deer Cottages, Clubhouse Villas, and the cabin neighborhoods are residential lots, one parcel per address.

Lot size is the first quiet sort, and the figures below are the county records, not a price. The Summit lots in the drawn set run from about 1.05 acres to about 5.62. Dye Course Cabins are tighter, about 0.27 to 0.86 acres, on Hidden Hill Loop, Alice Court, Mountain Crest Road, and Dye Cabins Drive. Buffalo Jump shares some of those roads and is a different neighborhood. Nicklaus West is phases 1, 2, 4, and 5 on Golden Bear Loop and Robins Nest Lane. county records have no Nicklaus West phase 3. Villas at Painted Valley and Residences at Painted Valley share Golden Bear Loop and are not Nicklaus West. Promontory Ranches are the large parcels, about 34 to 46 acres, and they are drawn on purpose.

Golf, a gate, and a house are three facts. Dye Course Cabins and Nicklaus West are neighborhood names on the map. They tell you which records the address is in. They do not tell you whether a membership is offered with that deed, whether the buyer must apply, or whether golf is full, social, or unavailable. Membership, when the club offers it, is the club’s document. Melilli Davis Group is not the on-site sales team, and this page does not quote dues or initiation. The longer note on that split is the membership essay. Park City golf course homes, if the week you want is golf rather than a ski village, starts with this club and with Glenwild and Tuhaye.

Winter is part of the house even though the mountain is a drive, not a door. Promontory sits north of town. A ski day is a trip to a resort, or a club arrangement if the club offers one, and that arrangement does not turn the house into a Deer Valley address. Deer Valley condos for sale are a different mountain and a different stack of documents. Keep those tours apart. A Promontory resale belongs to one neighborhood: which neighborhood, which road, and what the club will say in writing about that property.

Nick Melilli works Promontory and greater Park City. He has lived at Promontory for about 20 years. That is why a Promontory search starts with the neighborhood instead of a resort slogan. Marcie Davis has belonged to Glenwild over the years. Darrick Olsen has belonged to Tuhaye and Talisker, and most of his business is there. Derek Fossey is at Jeremy Ranch. Questions, answered

What counts as Promontory homes for sale on this page?

Houses whose MLS subdivision matches a Promontory neighborhood named on the Promontory real estate map, in Park City. Homesites are a separate page. These county records have no condo neighborhood in these subdivisions. A card is list price only.

Does a Promontory membership come with the house?

The deed is the real estate. A membership, when the club offers one, is a separate relationship on the club’s terms. It may transfer, require an application, or sit outside the sale. We do not quote dues or initiation. Ask the club, in writing, for the property you are touring.

How do Promontory, Glenwild, and Tuhaye differ?

All three are private golf communities, and they are not interchangeable. Promontory and Glenwild are north of Park City, in Summit County. Tuhaye is Talisker Club golf above the Jordanelle, in Wasatch County. The winter drive, the neighborhood, and the membership rules are different neighborhoods.

Do you publish a sold price for Promontory?

No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. This page does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. The cards are active listings at list price. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
