Promontory
A private club community north of town. The club publishes two championship courses — Pete Dye’s Dye Canyon and Jack Nicklaus’s Painted Valley — and The Hills, a par-3. The active listings on this site are in Promontory. Resale sits beside new construction, and membership is its own question.
Talisker and Tuhaye
Talisker is a membership with several venues. Tuhaye, above the Jordanelle Reservoir, is the golf community: a Mark O’Meara course, a village of amenities, and homes and homesites. Empire Pass is the ski club at Deer Valley. The closed record we show for that mountain address is 47 Red Cloud Trail, Darrick Olsen’s buyer representation. Canyons Village
This is the base village on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain. It is a walkable resort village, including the Waldorf Astoria Park City, not a private golf club. The documents that matter are usually the HOA resale package and the rental rules. Clients compare it with the clubs because a ski week can feel similar. The ownership is different, and we say so.
