What buyers and sellers should know
Canyons Village is the base village on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain. It is not Deer Valley. There is no private club membership to transfer with the deed. A buyer should separate a condominium, a house, and a homesite. A seller should look at the active list in the same building or neighborhood.
The October 7 neighborhood report lists available condominiums, single-family homes, and land as three rows. This page does not add those rows together, and it does not list a sold price.
A median list price for the whole village, a count of new listings, and average days on market are not in that report. Those lines say updated monthly unless the active listing feed returns every Active row. The feed uses list price only.
