What buyers and sellers should know
Deer Valley on this site is Upper Deer Valley, Lower Deer Valley, and Deer Valley East. East includes Deer Crest and Mayflower. Empire Pass is on the Upper map. A buyer comparing Silver Lake with Snow Park is comparing two pockets, not one median. A seller should look at the active list in the same neighborhood.
The October 7 neighborhood report prints a separate available count for Lower Deer Valley, Upper Deer Valley, Empire Pass, Deer Crest, and Mayflower. It does not print one Deer Valley total. This page does not add the pockets together, and it does not list a sold price.
