Park City real estate market
Old Town market report, October 2026
What the reports say
Old Town is the historic core of Park City, on and around Main Street. The October 7 neighborhood report splits condominiums, single-family homes, and land.
Land is the only Old Town row with an active list range. The Board’s second-quarter release publishes a single-family sales count and a median for Old Town. It does not publish an Old Town condominium median, a sales volume, new listings, or average days on market. Those measures are omitted.
This page does not list an individual sold price. The rows below are neighborhood totals, and they are not added together.
