Active houses are on Deer Valley homes for sale. This note is what to check before a tour: which base, which product, and which door. Silver Lake, Snow Park, Empire Pass, and East answer different winters. A lodge unit is a different records.
Deer Valley real estate that starts with a house starts with the map, then the product, then the door. Park City real estate still has to name which base that door serves. A search for Park City luxury homes for sale can land on a Deer Valley house, or it can land on a club. This note is the Deer Valley house records. The hub is the Deer Valley real estate page.
Three bases, three house records
Upper Deer Valley is Silver Lake and Empire Pass. Lower Deer Valley is Snow Park. Deer Valley East is its own base above the Jordanelle. The note that keeps Upper and Lower apart is Upper vs Lower Deer Valley. Empire Pass sits in the Upper records. The East Village note is separate. Public inventory, when a card is active, is on the listings page.
- Silver Lake. Houses and homesites sit on the runs around the village. Bald Eagle Club and Stein Eriksen Estates are gated houses. Stein Eriksen Estates is not the Stein Eriksen Lodge condominium. Belleterre is houses. American Flag and Evergreen are houses and homesites. Alta Vista is homesites. A homesite is not a finished house on the same road. Townhomes, including Bellearbor, Double Eagle, Aspen Hollow, and Cache, are a separate list at /deer-valley-real-estate/upper-deer-valley/townhomes. The house map is /deer-valley-real-estate/upper-deer-valley/homes. Homesites are /deer-valley-real-estate/upper-deer-valley/homesites.
- Empire Pass. Red Cloud, Banner Wood, Northside Village, the Village at Empire Pass, and Empire Club Drive are house neighborhoods on the upper map. Larkspur is townhomes. Ironwood, Nakoma, and Paintbrush are condominiums. The longer note is /blog/empire-pass-real-estate.
- Snow Park. Solamere, Hidden Oaks, Royal Oaks, and Hidden Meadows are hillside houses. The morning is a drive to the base, not a door onto a run. Lower Deer Valley does not have a homesite pocket on this site. The house map is /deer-valley-real-estate/lower-deer-valley/homes. Townhomes are the attached records at /deer-valley-real-estate/lower-deer-valley/townhomes. The lodges at the base are the condo records.
- Deer Valley East. Velvaere is homes and homesites. A parcel with a built year in county records is a home. A parcel without one is a homesite. Galena, which listings call Marcella, is homesites at Ski Beach. Deer Crest is the gated community beside that ground. Houses, homesites, townhomes, and condominiums there sit on separate neighborhoods. The East map is /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley. Homes are /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley/homes. Homesites are /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley/homesites.
A house is not a townhome, and not a lodge
A house is a single-family deed. Attached and multi-level is often a townhome records. A lodge unit is a condo records. The photographs can show a stair in more than one of them. The declaration for that address answers it. The longer product note is Deer Valley townhomes. The condominium note walks the lodge bases. The lander that keeps lodges off this search is Deer Valley condos for sale.
Ski access is a door, not a resort name
Ski-in ski-out Park City homes are not one product, and Deer Valley does not inherit a slogan from the next house. A door onto snow, a stair to a lift, a path, a shuttle, or a drive are different mornings. Bald Eagle is not Solamere. A homesite along Success is not a finished house on the same road. Walk the route from the address you are buying, in the season you will use it. The longer access note is ski-in ski-out Park City homes.
What to read before you write an offer
- The map. Upper Deer Valley, Lower Deer Valley, and Deer Valley East are three records. A house in one does not follow the rules of the other two.
- The product. House, townhome, condo, or homesite. A bare pad is not a finished house. A lodge unit is not this note. The declaration and the resale certificate, when there is an association, are for that address.
- The week you will actually use. A Silver Lake morning is not a Snow Park drive, and East is a different road. Ski-in is a claim to verify at that door.
