Question 1

Which places do these Park City real estate listings cover?

Accepted Answer

The map opens on Park City and can widen to the Wasatch Back. Deer Valley homes for sale are on the Deer Valley real estate page: Upper is Silver Lake and Empire Pass, Lower is Snow Park, and Deer Valley East is East Village. Promontory real estate is the private club north of town. Canyons Village real estate is the other mountain, with condominiums, townhomes, homes, and homesites, and no club to transfer with the deed. The Park City real estate page names the clubs buyers set beside the basin.

Question 2

How do I separate Park City condos for sale from houses?

Accepted Answer

Use the property type filter for a house, a condo, or land. Park City condos for sale sit mostly in the ski villages. A condo on the Canyons Village real estate page and a house on the Deer Valley real estate page are different purchases.

Question 3

How do I tour a home?

Accepted Answer

Write the group at hello@melillidavis.com, or call Nick Melilli at (954) 383-1478. The team page names Nick Melilli, Marcie Davis, Darrick Olsen, and Derek Fossey. The person you start with stays with you through closing. A purchase starts on the buying page. If you own the house, start on the selling page.

Question 4

Does a club membership come with the house?

Accepted Answer

The deed is the real estate. Membership, when a club offers it, is the club’s document. Deer Valley and Canyons Village have no club membership to transfer with the deed. A Park City realtor can say which document you are reading. We do not quote dues or initiation.

Question 5

Do you publish a sold price or a closed price?

Accepted Answer

No. Utah is a non-disclosure state. A card on this page shows list price only. It does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.
