Park City real estate

Park City homes with acreage

Park City homes with acreage, on this page, are houses whose listing record shows at least one acre. The maps are the ones this site already draws for that kind of lot: Promontory, Glenwild, Jeremy Ranch, and Deer Valley. A blank acre field does not count. The house stays off the row until the record shows the number.

These places are not one neighborhood. Promontory and Glenwild are private clubs north of Park City. Jeremy Ranch is public streets and an association north of Interstate 80. Deer Valley is three areas: Upper, Lower, and East, including Deer Crest. A membership, when a club offers one, is not the deed. Tuhaye is a Wasatch County search and stays on its own page.

The one-acre line is the filter, not a county minimum and not a price. Lot size in the remarks is not used. Only the acres field on the feed counts. If that field is empty for every current house, the page says so and shows the same houses without the acre line. Write the group at [email protected]. Utah is a non-disclosure state. This page does not publish a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. A card is list price only. Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage.

Questions, answered

How does this page decide that a house has acreage?

The listing record has to show at least one acre in the acres field. A blank field is not treated as a large lot. Remarks that mention land without that field do not qualify.

Which neighborhoods are in the search?

Promontory, Glenwild, Jeremy Ranch, and Deer Valley, including Deer Crest on the east side. The Park City boundary is off because those clubs and parts of Deer Valley sit outside the municipal line. Tuhaye is a separate page.

What if no house shows an acre figure?

The signup stays on this page, with the one-acre filter saved. A wider row shows houses in the same places without the acre minimum. Empty is a limit of the feed, not a claim that every lot is small.

Do you publish a price per acre?

No. This page does not publish a price per acre, a sold price, a closed price, or an assessed price. A card shows list price. Confirm the acre figure and the price with the listing brokerage.
