Kamas homes for sale are a Wasatch County search, not a Park City gate. The market boundary this site draws for the basin stops short of Kamas. Heber, Midway, Oakley, and Francis sit outside that line with it. The winter drive back to Deer Valley or to Canyons Village is part of any house here that is being bought as a ski week. The community drawn in Kamas is Victory Ranch, a private community along the Upper Provo River. Victory Ranch homes for sale are the house neighborhoods: the lettered neighborhoods A through Z in the county records, the cabin neighborhoods G, H, and I, Juniper Draw, River Terrace houses, and Barn Overlook phase 4. The lettered set in the drawing is one hundred seventy-five homes, ninety-nine homesites, and sixteen townhome lots, with lots from about 0.07 acres to about 10. The S neighborhoods and Barn Overlook phases 1 through 3 are townhomes. This page asks for houses.

The club publishes a Rees Jones golf course, fly fishing, The Barn for pool and fitness, and riverside dining at the Freestone Lodge. The golf-course parcels are left off the map. Membership, when one is offered, is the club's document and is not the deed. We do not quote dues or initiation. The MLS cities on that map are Kamas and Heber City, because that is how the parcel record is searched. A card still has to match a Victory Ranch subdivision name.

What this page will not pretend is that every house near Kamas is Victory Ranch. Tuhaye is Talisker Club golf above the Jordanelle, toward Kamas, on its own neighborhoods and its own page. Hideout is the town on the reservoir, between Park City and Heber, and it is not Kamas. Red Ledges is in Heber. A buyer who wants those gates should open those maps. A Kamas house filed under a subdivision this site does not draw will not appear in the row below. That is a limit of the feed, not a claim that the valley has only one neighborhood.

Use the cards as the Victory Ranch house row inside a Kamas search. Homesites, including the ninety-nine pads on the lettered neighborhoods and the four at River Terrace, are land. Townhomes are the townhome neighborhood lots. If the row is empty, inventory may be filed under another name, or the active list may be pads rather than houses.
