Jeremy Ranch homes for sale

Jeremy Ranch homes for sale are houses north of Interstate 80 and west of Park City, in Summit County. The streets are public. An association still travels with the house. Golf, if a membership is part of the conversation, is a separate question from the deed. That is the split that keeps Jeremy Ranch from being described as Promontory or Glenwild. The Jeremy Ranch real estate map draws the Summit county parcel lines. This page is the house search.

The numbered neighborhoods are the largest records. Jeremy Ranch neighborhoods 1 through 5, plus neighborhoods A and B and the lot amendments, are six hundred twenty-one homes and thirty-five homesites. Lots in the drawn set run from about 0.02 acres to about 8, and the middle of the set is about 0.39. Rasmussen, Jeremy Road, Homestead, Kilby, Daybreaker, and Red Hawk are the roads already named on this site. Back Nine, the north neighborhoods A-1 through A-3 and B-1 through B-3, is one hundred two homes and thirteen homesites, lots about 0.35 to 3.7 acres. It is not the Park City municipal golf back nine. That record is left off the map, and so are the course parcels.

The other house neighborhoods are easy to mix. Hidden Cove is the west neighborhood: ninety-one homes and fourteen homesites. South Ridge sits toward the freeway: eighty homes and two homesites, most lots about a fifth of an acre. The Trails is the east neighborhood, toward Park City: eighteen homes and two homesites, lots about one acre to about 3.2. Jeremy Cove is twelve homes and three homesites. It is not Hidden Cove. Circle J is eight residential parcels, each with a built year. The neighborhood name says club. It does not say condominium, and acres are blank in county records, so this page does not invent a lot size.

Canyon Links and Overlook are townhomes. Jeremy Woods and Jeremy Point are condos. Those products can be for sale without appearing on this house feed. Use the map when the address is a townhome or a condo. Unbuilt remnants over about eight acres are left off. A homesite is a residential parcel with no built year. Thirty-five of them sit on the numbered neighborhoods. They are not finished houses.

The club describes an 18-hole course it attributes to Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, opened in 1981, and a clubhouse at 8770 N Jeremy Road. The club's membership page has listed a 2026 course renovation. Ask what that changes for the house you are touring. Whether any membership travels with the deed is the club's to explain. We do not quote dues. The winter drive is east, on the frontage roads and the freeway, toward Park City. Park City real estate on the basin side of that drive is a different morning. Glenwild and Promontory are private clubs north of town, with gates this map does not have.
