What the reports say
Kamas Valley, on the Board's map, is the area east of Park City that includes Kamas, Francis, Oakley, and Woodland. It is not Park City limits, and it is not the Snyderville Basin.
Victory Ranch is a private community in Kamas. Tuhaye is Talisker Club golf above the Jordanelle, toward Kamas. Those clubs have their own rows where a report prints them. This page does not use a club row as the valley median, and it does not add a club into the valley.
The figures below are the Board's single-family median for the first quarter and the second quarter, and the second-quarter sales count. The October neighborhood report does not print a Kamas Valley table.
