Deer Crest is a private ski community in Deer Valley East, beside Deer Valley Resort. People fold that into “Deer Valley” and then miss the gate. Lower Deer Valley and Upper Deer Valley are other pages. This note is the east community.
Queen Esther and the Jordanelle gate
Queen Esther is the west gatehouse, from Deer Valley and Park City. The association says that gate is open around the clock, and that downtown is about ten minutes from it. The Jordanelle gatehouse is the east entrance, from Highway 40, toward the reservoir. The association lists daytime hours there. Which gate an address uses is the first question, not a detail saved for the offer.
Where the house actually sits
- The St. Regis is at 2300 Deer Valley Drive East. The association describes ski access from the hotel onto Deer Valley trails, plus dining and a spa.
- Founders Place sits along Deer Crest Estates Drive. The association describes it as nearing completion. The office it publishes is 3672 Deer Crest Estates Drive.
- Deer Pointe is the east neighborhood, toward the Jordanelle gate.
- The other neighborhoods are the estates, Roosevelt Gap, Queen Esther, Snow Top, Deer Hollow, and townhomes.
Ski access is an address
The association describes private ski runs on the property, and two lifts it says Deer Valley operates: the Jordanelle Gondola and Mountaineer. In that account they reach the groomed ground around the homes and Snow Park. Which house is ski-connected is an address question. The cover on this note is a winter aerial of Deer Crest. It is not that answer, and it is not a price.
We do not publish dues or a Deer Crest price index. Deer Crest is on the Deer Valley East page, /deer-valley-real-estate/east-deer-valley. Marcella, next door at Deer Valley East, has its own page.
