What the reports say
Tuhaye is the golf community of Talisker Club, above the Jordanelle, in Wasatch County. It is not Deer Valley, and it is not Red Cloud at Empire Pass. A house and a homesite are different rows. This page does not add them together.
The neighborhood report lists Tuhaye inside Jordanelle. Single-family homes and land are separate rows. An active list range is a span of current asking prices where more than one listing is on the market. A list range is not a sold price.
The Board's second-quarter release publishes a trailing twelve-month single-family sales count and an average price for Tuhaye. It does not publish a Tuhaye median. That period is not the same period as the neighborhood counts.
