Old Town is the historic core of Park City, on and around Main Street. The neighborhood report splits condominiums, single-family homes, and land. This page does not add those rows together.
Land is the only Old Town row with an active list range. The range is asking prices, not sold prices. The Board's second-quarter release publishes a single-family sales count and a median. It does not publish an Old Town condominium median. The quarter and the neighborhood counts cover different periods.
